Dieting

Over the years, statements like “eat less to lose weight” have been passed around as good advice. But in fact, is such fitness strategy really effective? To me, the answer to this question is definitely false. For instance, I started to diet in order to lose weight. I only focused on the amount of food I consume each meal. I thought blindly that “the less I eat, the slimmer I look”. But actually, I lost the water of my body instead of burning off my fat. In addition, I couldn’t last a long time to eat less, so I dined much more food than before. It caused that my weight increased much. Now, I am tired of losing weight; I only want to get some workout regularly and eat healthily to maintain my healthy body.
